A luxurious chocolate flan inspired by Ferrero Rocher, featuring layers of creamy custard and chocolate hazelnut flavors.

- 1 cup granulated sugar for caramel
- 4 large eggs
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 cup Ferrero Rocher chocolate, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup hazelnut spread
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- In a saucepan, melt 1 cup sugar over medium heat until it turns into caramel. Pour into a flan mold and swirl to coat the bottom.
- In a blender, combine eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolate, vanilla extract, and hazelnut spread. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the caramel in the mold.
- Place the mold in a larger baking pan and fill the pan with hot water to reach halfway up the sides of the mold.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- To serve, run a knife around the edge and invert onto a plate.
Notes
For the best results, use high-quality Ferrero Rocher chocolate and let the flan chill overnight.
