Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, antipasto vegetables, Parmesan cheese, and herbs until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Shape the mixture into a log form on a piece of plastic wrap.
- Roll the log in chopped nuts if desired, then wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Serve chilled with crackers or bread.
Notes
