Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts for coating

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, antipasto vegetables, Parmesan cheese, and herbs until well combined.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Shape the mixture into a log form on a piece of plastic wrap.
  4. Roll the log in chopped nuts if desired, then wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Serve chilled with crackers or bread.

Notes
