- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped green olives
- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in the green olives, sun-dried tomatoes, pepperoni, fresh basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a log on a serving platter.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top and sides of the log.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeΓ±os. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
