Description

A delightful cream cheese log topped with antipasto ingredients, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in the green olives, sun-dried tomatoes, pepperoni, fresh basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a log on a serving platter.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top and sides of the log.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  7. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeΓ±os. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
