- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup raspberry preserves
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Place the Brie in the center of the pastry and top with cranberry sauce and raspberry preserves.
- Fold the pastry around the Brie, sealing the edges.
