Description

Delicious homemade truffles infused with orange zest and chocolate, perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • Zest of 2 oranges
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 50g unsalted butter
  • Cocoa powder for coating

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream in a saucepan until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate, stirring until melted.
  3. Stir in the orange zest, orange juice, and butter until smooth.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Scoop out teaspoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
  6. Roll the balls in cocoa powder and chill again before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
