Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100ml heavy cream
- Zest of 2 oranges
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 50g unsalted butter
- Cocoa powder for coating
Instructions
- Heat the cream in a saucepan until it begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate, stirring until melted.
- Stir in the orange zest, orange juice, and butter until smooth.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours or until firm.
- Scoop out teaspoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
- Roll the balls in cocoa powder and chill again before serving.
