- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 packet French onion soup mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, French onion soup mix, eggs, milk, and chopped onion.
- Mix until well combined, then shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until cooked through.
- Top with shredded cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Notes
