Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • For the dressing: 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to coat.

Notes

For a vegan option, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt. Best served chilled.
