Ingredients

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 8 slices of white bread
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on 4 slices of bread and top with sliced strawberries.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top and cover with the remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the sandwiches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and let cool slightly before serving.
