Description

Delicious cookies combining the crunch of Fruity Pebbles cereal with creamy white chocolate chips for a colorful and fun treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Gradually stir in the flour mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the Fruity Pebbles cereal and white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  9. Cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

For a chewier cookie, refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes before baking. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
