- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch bites
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Season the chicken bites with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to medium, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, and cook for another 2 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
- Stir everything together and remove from heat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes. Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165Β°F.
