Instructions
- Season the chicken bites with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic; sautΓ© for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the seasoned chicken bites to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Pour in the heavy cream and grated parmesan cheese; stir continuously until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. Pair with pasta or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
