Description

A flavorful garlic butter sauce coats tender chicken and fresh broccoli for a quick weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes for spice

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken strips with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and butter, stirring until the butter melts and garlic is fragrant.
  5. Add the broccoli florets and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
  6. Stir in red pepper flakes if using, and adjust seasoning as needed.
  7. Serve hot.
