- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes for spice
Instructions
- Season the chicken strips with salt and black pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and butter, stirring until the butter melts and garlic is fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
