Description

These garlic butter lobster tails are succulent and flavorful, perfect for a special dinner with a rich garlic and butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails (about 68 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise down the center, stopping at the tail. Gently pull the meat upward and lay it on top of the shell.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and firm.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving with additional garlic butter and lemon wedges.

Notes

For the best results, use fresh lobster tails and avoid overcooking to keep the meat tender. Pair with a side of steamed vegetables or rice.
