Description

This easy oven-baked tilapia is infused with garlic butter for a flavorful and healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the tilapia fillets on the baking sheet and brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each fillet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For a crispier texture, broil the fish for the last 2 minutes. Pair with steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
