Description

A delicious meal featuring juicy garlic butter steak, perfectly baked potato, and roasted broccoli for a complete dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large baking potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
  4. Sear steaks in the garlic butter for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  5. While steaks rest, pierce potatoes with a fork and bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
  6. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve steaks with baked potato and roasted broccoli, drizzled with extra garlic butter.

Notes

For best results, let steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving. Adjust seasoning to taste.
