- 2 ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large baking potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
- Sear steaks in the garlic butter for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- While steaks rest, pierce potatoes with a fork and bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
- Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Serve steaks with baked potato and roasted broccoli, drizzled with extra garlic butter.
Notes
