- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak cubes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter, garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir until the butter is melted and garlic is fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
