Description

Tender steak bites seared to perfection and tossed in a flavorful garlic butter sauce for a juicy delight.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak cubes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add butter, garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Stir until the butter is melted and garlic is fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the steak for 30 minutes before cooking. Pair with vegetables for a balanced meal.
