- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Flatten each biscuit dough round and place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some mozzarella cheese in the center.
- Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal, forming balls.
- Place the balls on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like parsley or basil to the mixture.
