Description

These cheeseburger bombs are stuffed with a garlic parmesan mixture and wrapped in dough for a delicious twist on a classic burger.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough round and place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some mozzarella cheese in the center.
  4. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal, forming balls.
  5. Place the balls on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like parsley or basil to the mixture.
