- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Flatten each biscuit dough and place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some cheddar cheese in the center.
- Fold the dough around the filling, sealing edges tightly, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
