Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are savory bites filled with seasoned ground beef, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, wrapped in dough and baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough and place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some cheddar cheese in the center.
  5. Fold the dough around the filling, sealing edges tightly, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Ensure the dough is sealed well to prevent filling from leaking. Serve with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
