- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Shape the mixture into loaves and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a crispier top, broil for the last 2 minutes. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
