Description

Crispy baked chicken wings tossed in a savory garlic parmesan sauce, perfect for appetizers or game day.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper if using.
  3. Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  4. While the wings are baking, melt butter in a saucepan and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until combined.
  5. Remove wings from the oven and toss them in the garlic Parmesan sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Serve immediately with optional ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry before seasoning. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
