German Chocolate Pecan Fudge

Description

A decadent fudge made with German chocolate, pecans, and rich ingredients, perfect for holiday treats or desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup German chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 can (5 oz) evaporated milk
  • 2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the German chocolate and butter over low heat.
  3. Stir in sugar and evaporated milk; bring to a boil.
  4. Add pecans and marshmallows, stirring until melted.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Pour into the prepared pan and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week. For a nut-free version, substitute pecans with walnuts.
