Description

A quick and healthy stir fry featuring tofu marinated in ginger and soy sauce, combined with fresh vegetables for a flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 14 oz firm tofu, drained and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cube it.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ginger, and garlic to make a marinade.
  3. Marinate the tofu cubes in the mixture for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add the marinated tofu and stir fry for 5 minutes until golden.
  6. Add bell pepper and broccoli, stir fry for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chili flakes to the marinade. Ensure tofu is well-drained for the best texture.
