- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
Instructions
- Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until fully melted and combined with the butter.
- Stir in the ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- Remove from heat and fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish and let cool for 20 minutes before cutting.
