For the Crust:
- 1 (8 oz) log of goat cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup fig jam
- 1/3 cup pecans, roughly chopped and toasted
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp honey
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Place the softened goat cheese log on a serving plate or board. Use a spoon to gently spread it into an even layer.
- Spoon the fig jam over the top of the goat cheese, spreading it almost to the edges.
- Sprinkle the toasted pecans evenly over the fig jam, followed by the fresh thyme leaves.
- Drizzle the honey over the entire appetizer. Serve immediately with your choice of crackers or sliced baguette.
