Description

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces fresh spinach, washed and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sautΓ© onion and garlic until softened.
  3. Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted; remove from heat.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in the spinach mixture, mozzarella, and feta cheese.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and set.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
