- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 200g brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
- Optional: honey for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into a large triangle shape for the tree base.
- Layer slices of brie cheese, cranberries, and pistachios on the pastry.
- Cut strips on either side of the triangle and fold to create the tree branches.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Let cool slightly, then drizzle with honey before serving.
