- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 100g Brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Spread Dijon mustard on one side of each chicken breast.
- Layer slices of Brie cheese and cranberry sauce on top of the mustard.
- Wrap each chicken breast in puff pastry, sealing the edges with egg wash.
- Place on a baking sheet and brush the outside with remaining egg wash.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Notes
