Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cups water or chicken broth

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion and cook until golden and caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
