- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a pie dish.
- In a saucepan, heat sugar until caramelized, then stir in cream carefully.
- Add chocolate chips to the caramel mixture and stir until melted.
- Pour the mixture into the crust and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
For a gooier texture, chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
