Delicious cupcakes with a gooey chocolate and peanut butter filling, perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in peanut butter chips and chocolate chips.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before serving.

Notes

For extra gooeyness, add more chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
