Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Fold in peanut butter chips and chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool completely before serving.
Notes
For extra gooeyness, add more chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
