Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken breasts with olive oil, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken: Grill the chicken over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  3. Prepare tzatziki: Mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  4. Assemble bowls: In each bowl, add grilled chicken, tzatziki sauce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese.
