Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt to make tzatziki sauce. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Marinate chicken breasts with olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  3. Grill the chicken over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.
  4. Assemble wraps by spreading tzatziki on tortillas, adding sliced chicken, lettuce, and tomato, then roll up.
  5. Serve immediately for best freshness.
