- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated and drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt to make tzatziki sauce. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Marinate chicken breasts with olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
- Grill the chicken over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.
- Assemble wraps by spreading tzatziki on tortillas, adding sliced chicken, lettuce, and tomato, then roll up.
- Serve immediately for best freshness.
