Instructions
- Wash and chop the tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, olives, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
