Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the chopped green olives, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Pulse until the mixture is well combined but still slightly chunky.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
Notes
This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
