Description

A creamy dip featuring green olives and feta cheese, perfect for appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted green olives, chopped
  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the chopped green olives, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  2. Pulse until the mixture is well combined but still slightly chunky.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
