Description

A refreshing dip combining the briny flavor of green olives with creamy feta cheese, perfect for parties or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted green olives, chopped
  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the chopped green olives, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  2. Pulse the mixture until it reaches a chunky consistency, being careful not to over-process.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then transfer to a serving bowl.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
