Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup vinaigrette dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  4. While chicken is grilling, heat olive oil in a pan and fry potato slices until crispy, about 10 minutes.
