Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
  2. Grill the chicken breasts over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked; slice into strips.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and basil.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
