Instructions
- Step 1: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Step 2: Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Step 3: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Step 4: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice it into strips.
- Step 5: In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced bell pepper, avocado, and red onion.
- Step 6: Top the salad with the grilled chicken strips and garnish with fresh cilantro.

Notes
