Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add ground turkey, cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  4. Stir in potatoes, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
