Description

A refreshing tropical dessert combining cheesecake elements with fresh fruits like pineapple and mango.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Gently stir in the pineapple tidbits, sliced strawberries, mandarin oranges, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes
