- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple tidbits, drained
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Gently stir in the pineapple tidbits, sliced strawberries, mandarin oranges, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and whipped topping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
