Description

A fun and easy breakfast treat using sweet Hawaiian rolls filled with eggs, cheese, and ham.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls (12 count)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pound sliced ham
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble the eggs in a skillet over medium heat until just set.
  4. Layer the scrambled eggs over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Add a layer of sliced ham and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on top.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
