A fun and easy breakfast treat using sweet Hawaiian rolls filled with eggs, cheese, and ham.

- 1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls (12 count)
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pound sliced ham
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble the eggs in a skillet over medium heat until just set.
- Layer the scrambled eggs over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Add a layer of sliced ham and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on top.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
