Description

Delicious heart-shaped brownies perfect for special occasions, made with rich chocolate and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a heart-shaped baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Cut into heart shapes if not using a shaped pan and serve.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality chocolate chips and ensure the batter is not overmixed. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
