- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out shapes.
- Place cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Allow to cool completely, then spread strawberry jam on top.
Notes
