- 1 tablespoon key lime zest
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; mix well.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini pie tins and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and zest.
- Fold in whipped topping until fully combined.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crusts and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled, garnished with lime slices if desired.
