Description

These no-bake mini key lime pies are a refreshing and easy dessert, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • For the Crust:
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • For the Filling:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon key lime zest
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; mix well.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini pie tins and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and zest.
  4. Fold in whipped topping until fully combined.
  5. Pour the filling into the prepared crusts and chill for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve chilled, garnished with lime slices if desired.

Notes

These pies can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For a tangier flavor, use fresh key limes.
