A creamy cheesecake featuring fresh strawberries and ripe bananas for a heavenly dessert.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add mashed bananas, sliced strawberries, eggs, vanilla extract, and flour; mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, use ripe bananas and fresh strawberries. Top with whipped cream if desired.
