- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the chopped strawberries to the dry mixture and stir gently.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before frosting.
- Top with whipped cream and additional fresh strawberries.
Notes
