- Zest of one lemon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Slowly pour in the extra virgin olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the herbs and oil.
- Stir in the fresh lemon zest until fully incorporated.
