- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Hershey's Kisses (one per cookie)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually stir in flour until a dough forms.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls and press a Hershey's Kiss into the center of each, sealing the edges.
- Place on prepared baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar.
Notes
For best results, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking to prevent spreading. Store in an airtight container.
