Scale
- 1 pound ground beef (lean)
- 8 ounces pasta (such as penne or fusilli)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

- Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
