Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- In a bowl, toss the sliced pears with cinnamon, nutmeg, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the tartlet shells on a baking sheet.
- Fill each tartlet shell with the spiced pear mixture and top with crumbled Gorgonzola cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pears are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
