Ingredients

  • 2 ripe pears, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 package pre-made tartlet shells (12 count)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the sliced pears with cinnamon, nutmeg, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the tartlet shells on a baking sheet.
  4. Fill each tartlet shell with the spiced pear mixture and top with crumbled Gorgonzola cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pears are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
